How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Most of our electric golf push carts are equipped with high-capacity lithium-ion batteries designed to last at least 18 to 36 holes, depending on the model and the terrain of the course.
Do you offer free shipping on electric carts?
Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping on all electric push cart orders within the continental United States. Transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the cart in its original packaging and like-new condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are the carts waterproof for rainy days?
Our carts are water-resistant and designed to handle light rain and wet grass. However, we do not recommend using them in heavy downpours or submerging the electronic components in deep puddles.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All electric push carts come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically covering the frame for 2 years and the battery and electronics for 1 year against any manufacturing defects.
Can I use the cart manually if the battery dies?
Yes, most of our models feature a 'freewheel' mode that allows you to push the cart manually without resistance from the motor should you run out of power on the course.
